WEEKLY NEWS FROM TJ’s Gym
Based on some valuable member feedback, we have decided to change our blog use and timing a bit and want you all to know how things will work moving forward. We will post the workouts for the upcoming week on Sunday evenings here on the blog. Then, early to mid-week, will do another post and possibly a mailchimp email to all members (tbd) with announcements and a note from me.
And by the way, if you haven’t yet scheduled a 15-minute Goal-Setting session with me, let’s sit down and chat about how you’re going to get from your current A to your desired B in 2018.
