*FALL OPEN GYM SCHEDULE: Please note that we have some minor changes to our Open Gym Schedules and a new class added on Friday afternoons in Corte Madera. All schedules are updated on our website Schedules Page. Please note that any time there is a class on the schedule, the gym is available for Open Gym use, as well. You can also text a coach if you want to come at a non-scheduled time to check if the coach will be there with a client or working out. Let us know if you have any questions.

You want to learn specific mobility tricks for your aching shoulder. You want to learn how to do a more technically sound Olympic lift. You want to work on your running technique.
