Liz Anderson stepped into a galaxy outside her comfort zone, competing at our 7th-annual NorCal Masters event last weekend. Here she is during the 1.1-mile 20-pound weighted-vest run event. Liz set her sights on a lofty goal of competing at NCM, worked with the awesome Coach Zoe, created a plan, and executed perfectly. Congratulations, Liz and Zoe, on this wonderful accomplishment! You made us all proud!
*The CrossFit Open begins February 23rd. We will be setting up TJ’s Gym Teams for each of our three locations by end of day Tuesday, February 7th.
