Intern coach, Kristel, is rapidly becoming a fixture in the gyms. She’s got great energy and is soaking in all of her coach training, and we are super excited about her coming aboard our team. *NorCal Masters, our TJ’s Gym-produced, world-renowned fitness competition previously open to athletes over the age of 40 IS NOW OPEN TO AGES 35-39 as well! If you are interested in competing and have any questions, please email email@example.com right away. Registration for this age group will open THIS FRIDAY, NOV 25th at 8am PST. This 7th-annual NorCal Masters event will be held on Jan 28 and 29 at the Craneway Pavilion in Richmond. It’s awesome!
*THANKSGIVING DAY WORKOUT 9am REDWOOD HIGH TRACK. This will be our 11th Thanksgiving Day TJ’s Community workout! Friends and family are welcome! We bring gear to the track and have a blast getting more than 100 people moving together pre-Turkey feast. MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

*SUGARWOD: We are moving to a super-cool online community forum called SUGARWOD, which will enable you all to post daily workout results, comment on each other’s posts, share information, track PR’s and other gym data, and generally connect to our awesome community much more efficiently than you do now. We are very excited to launch this new forum in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned for details on how to sign up! This is but one of the improvements we are rolling out at TJ’s Gyms that you will see in the coming weeks. We look forward to your feedback as we continue to strive to make your experience the best it can possibly be!

*TJ’s Gym Holiday Party: Saturday, December 17th 7pm at TJ’s Gym San Rafael. We transform the gym, and people transform themselves (from gym clothes to party clothes)! This is always a crowd favorite and guaranteed to be one of the most parties of your season. We will have appetizers, booze, and DJ-spun music. Get it.
