TJ’s Gym Workouts for the Week of October 17th, 2016

It’s RODEO week!  Anyone looking to saddle up last-minute?  Email allison@tjsgym.com and we will do our best to get you in!

*SCHEDULE FOR SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23rd:  Because most of us will be at the Rodeo on Sunday, normal classes are not happening. However, we will be having one class on Sunday at 7:30am in Mill Valley. Get in for a workout and then hustle up to San Rafael to catch all the Rodeo action live and in person!

*The New bootcamp/CrossFit Lite class with Allison was a hit!  Come out this Thursday at 9:30am in Mill Valley if you’re up for foundational strength with lots of conditioning. New people are welcome–no intro needed, so bring friends!  First class is free for newbies, and then we sell class packs.

*Introducing our newest coach: Chris Mika!  Here he is, pictured at his CrossFit Level One Seminar this past weekend with Coach Emily! Chris has an impressive resume, and we will have his coach bio up on our website in the next few days, so be sure to check it out! He will be taking over some classes and Open Gym time slots starting this week, so give him a warm welcome and have fun learning from him!  have fun learning from him!
