All Levels
A. 2 Push Press + 2 Push Jerk; rest 2mins x 5-6 sets

18min AMRAP
800m Run
100 Double Unders
50 Push Press 95/65lbs
100m Walking Lunges
50 HR Push Ups
100 Russian KBS 53/35
1k Row/1mile AD

A. 2 Seg Clean DL + Clean Pull; rest 2-3mins x 5 sets
B. Single Arm Seated DB Press; 2112; 4-6/arm; rest 2mins x 3

EMOM x 15mins
1st – 6-10 HSPU
2nd – 3 TnG PC Moderate to tough
3rd – 30-40 Double Unders

Allison’s program:
A1. Deadlift 3,3,3,3,3
Rest 20 sec
A2. 15 hollow rocks (5 sets)

B. 28 min EMOM
1.  8 Heavy Russian Swings + 8 Situps

2.  6 Manmakers

3.  Row 40 sec

4.  8 Burpee Box Step Up and Down
