Sadly, we have to say goodbye to this cool chick.  Megan is heading up north to nursing school but promises to be back.  Best of luck and drop in anytime you’d like, MM.

Thanksgiving Week Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday there are no changes to the regular class schedule.  No Kids or TEAM (teen) classes Wednesday-Sunday.

Thursday-TJ’s Gym Community Workout at 8:45 at Redwood High School Track.  Please RSVP post on the Discussion board. Friends and family are welcome.

Friday:

San Rafael -7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am (No Metabolic)

Corte Madera- 8am and 9am

Mill Valley- 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am

Saturday and Sunday regular schedule at all gyms.

Mark your calendars for the TJ’s Gym Holiday Party: Saturday, December 14th at the San Rafael gym, which will be transformed for the occasion.

Don’t forget to bring old shoes to benefit Soles4Souls next time you come to the Corte Madera gym.
