ANNOUNCING REGISTRATION FOR THE TJ’s RODEO!!!!!!!!

TJ’s Rodeo/Registration

The Rodeo will be held Sunday, October 13th at the Civic Center Exhibit Hall.  This is our annual competition for all current TJ’s Gym members.  It is always an incredibly fun and inspiring event.  We will have prescribed, scaled 1 and scaled 2 divisions.  Registered athletes will get an event t-shirt, athlete bags with goodies, and an invitation to attend a seminar with Allison and Marcus on the psychological/mental preparation for competitions, as well as game-day nutrition and workout approach.
Ask any coach or email TJ or Allison if you have any questions.  Giddy Up, Everyone. This will be a wild ride!

NEW CORTE MADERA GYM (118 Corte Madera Avenue)
Our target opening day for the new Corte Madera gym is Monday, September 9th!  We are very excited about the new space and can’t wait to open the doors.  The starting schedule is now posted on our schedules page.  We will add classes as needed, so please let us know if there are times you’d like to see added.

We will be removing the two classes we had added to other gyms to accommodate the CM crowd in the next two weeks.
*The 5pm Mondays in Mill Valley will meet for the final time tomorrow (August 26th).
*The 5:15pm Thursdays in San Rafael will meet for the final time on September 5th.

The 5pm class outdoors at the path by the old CM gym will be held indoors at the new gym, beginning Wed. Sept 11th. Saturday classes will be held at 8am starting Saturday, Sept 14th. All information is updated on the schedules pages on our website.

LABOR DAY SCHEDULE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING CLASSES:
