Strength Class has been moved to Mill Valley with Mark Bell tomorrow! and TJ’s Gym WOD for Wed. Aug 7th and Thurs Aug 8th

San Rafael’s Strength Class has been moved to Mill Valley this week.  Mark Bell is going to teach people how to become the strongest person they can possibly be.  What else can I say?
