Saturday

WOD 

All Levels
A. Power Clean + Thruster; Build to a max in 12mins
AMRAP in 3mins
3 Power Cleans
6 Burpees
9 Wall balls
rest 1min; 5 sets

Wrench
A. Squat clean thruster – build to a max in time allowed

AMRAP in 8mins
30 Squat Clean Thrusters
30 Burpee over Barbell

Sunday

A1. OHS 4-6 reps @ 3011, rest 60 sec x 4 sets
A2. Trap 3 Raise* 8-10 reps @ 3010, rest 60 sec x 4 sets

B. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
