Watched how it happen here and here (1 hour and 46 min in).  Two of the greatest, live sports performances I have ever witnessed in my life.

I will break down the weekend tomorrow.


All Levels
A1. Clean Pulls; 3-3-3-3-3; rest 90sec (Scale deadlift with newer athletes)
A2. Side Planks; 45sec/side; rest 90sec

4 Alternating TGU (53/35)

A. 2 Clean Pulls + 1 Power Clean; 5 sets rest as needed
