Wrench
A. 2 Power Snatch + 1 Full Snatch – 10 Minutes to build up to a max in this complex
B. Push Press; 3-2-1 Push Press (not 1RM); rest 2mins

5 Rounds for Time
5 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
2 Rounds of Cindy

Foundations
A1. Push Press; 5 Reps; 4sets
A2. Ring Rows; AMRAP; 4 sets

5 Jumping Pull Ups
