Wrench
A. Sumo Deadlift; 5-5-5-5-5; rest 90-120sec

4 Sets for Max Reps
1min – Power Snatch 135/95
rest 1min
1min – Muscle Ups
rest 2mins

Foundations
A. Sumo Deadlift; 5 reps; build up to a safe but hard set of 5
*goal is to feel someting challenging but lift with perfect form and confidence.

1min – Wall Balls

Out of Town WOD
