We will be making a new MOGA announcement soon.  For this week we are back to the normal 9:30am M,F schedule in OG2.  We will be making an announcement for Novato later in the week.

A. Front Squat 2-2-2-1-1-1; rest as needed

A. OHS – build to a 2RM
