WOD

All Levels
A. 3 Sets
15 Goblet Squats (heavy)
90sec Row/Airdyne
rest 2mins between sets

B. 3 Sets
12 Deadlifts (medium weight)
400m Run
rest 2mins between sets

C. Finisher – 3 rounds not for time
2-5 Wall Walks (control, small steps, hollow body)
30-45 Sec Ring FLR

Wrench
20mins – row or bike
30sec @ 85%
30sec @ 50%
* keep the pace aerobic.

Mobilize for Open Workout (specific recomendations to come)

Foundations
A. Hang Power Clean + Front Squat; skill and drill

4 Sets for Times
10 HPC + FS
250m Row
rest 1min

Finisher – FLR on Rings – 60-120sec accumulate

Out of Town WOD 

Run 2 miles

Every 60 seconds do 5 Burpees
