Bootcamp is for TJ’s or non TJ’s members.  This is for people who want an 8-week kick-in-the-drawers. Free private training session with Coach Allison to any TJ’s member who refers a non-TJ’s friend who registers for Bootcamp.

A1.Hang Power Clean; 3 reps; rest 30sec; 4 sets
A2. Tall Box Jump; 5 reps step down; rest 90-120sec; 4 sets
