A1. Power Snatch; 3-3-2-2-2; rest 90sec
A2. HS Hold/HSPU; choose effort that is hard for 20-30sec; rest 90sec

EMOM x 10
Odd – Hang Power Snatch 5 reps
Even – Dips 5-8 reps

EMOM x 10
Odd – Hang Power Clean 5 reps
Even – Push Up/Ring Push Up 6-10 reps

Wrench
A1. Hang Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch; rest 90sec, 4 sets
A2. AMRAP HSPU (strict or HSPU)

EMOM x 10
Odd – 3 Power Snatch + 2 Hang Power Snatch
Even – Ring Dips 6-10
