Lance has been coming as regularly as possible the last couple of months and good stuff is happening to this Mansbridge.

Next week we start MOGA in OG2.  Let us know if you are interested.

This coming Monday, Dec 10th.  Women of TJ’s Discussion Group with Allison.  7:20-8:30pm in San Rafael.  Come ready to chat (more for those of you who were there last time) about getting through the holidays and focusing on some new goals for 2013.  Apparently the last  meeting was a bit of a hoot, and this one promises to be even better. On the brink of holiday madness and fun, Allison has some good stuff up her sleeve.  This is a free group for all women at TJ’s Gym.  Doug Kyle is not a woman.  We have established this in the past.
