TJ’s Gym WOD for Sat. Nov 17th

Tief.  So chill and yet such a badass.

StrongMan Sunday up in Novato.  9am with Coach Cory.  It’s becoming quite the thing you know.  Check it out!

This weekend is the Deuces Wild Competition put on by our friends over at Diablo.  We have a ton of teams competing and I won’t list them here because if I forget someone , I will feel like an ass.  I will post the results up on Sunday.  You should come on out and support our crew. Let’s Go Blue!!

WOD

All Levels
A. Back Squat; 2 Reps @ 70% 1RM; rest 60sec; 10 sets

Partner Workout
8 Rounds
Run 200m
10 Power Clean 115/75
10 Burpees
*each partner alternates exercise. 1 person completes entire movement, 2nd person begins next movement

Foundations
A. OHS – 5-5-5-5
B. Front Squat – 5-5-5-5
C. Back Squat – 5-5-5-5

4 Rounds
Run 200m
10 OHS
10 Burpees

Out of Town WOD 

4 Rounds
Run 400m

Accumulate 1min of Handstand Hold
10 Burpees

Mobility WOD
