Ladies of TJ’s Discussion Group meets this coming Monday, Nov 12th from 7:20-8:30pm at the San Rafael gym. This month’s topic will be staying motivated through the holidays, and goal setting for long-term success.  There will be the usual chit-chat, as well, but this will be the focus on Monday.  The women’s group is free and facilitated by Dr. Allison.  Please email her at allison@tjsgym.com if you have questions and/or plan to attend on Monday night.
