WOD for Monday, Oct. 1st

Cindy Winship has signed up for the Games.  That makes the 4th husband and wife team that has signed up.  This is turning into a magical family experience that you will probably feel very guilty about for not participating.  I mean, what are you going to say to your son or daughter when they ask “Why mommy, why daddy.  Were you afraid?”  That will be Uncomfortable with a capital W for wimp.

How about this?  A two hour FREE seminar covering running, rowing and double under technique and efficiency.  Throw in game day nutrition and mental preparedness and you have got something I think alot of athletes would be chomping at the bit to get to.  Well, if you register by October 5th you are invited to attend.  Details coming this week.  Register Here!
