WOD for Friday, Sept. 21st

Tammy came to us from the O’Sullivan’s.  High School, college and afterwards she was involved with one sport or another.  The knee finally gave out and she cames to us just a few months after major surgery.  She communicates brilliantly with her coaches about what she can and can’t do and they knee has never felt better.  This is an athlete my friends and watch out for her at the 2013 TJ’s Games.

A.3 Power Clean + 2 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk; rest 2mins; 4 sets

B. Clean Deadlift; 3 moderate reps, rest 90sec; 3 sets
