A. Run/Bike/Row; 1min @ 85%; 30sec rest; 12 Sets

4 Sets
B1. Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunge; 20 steps; rest 30sec
B2. 10-12 Ring Dips/Bar Dips; rest 30sec
B3. 20 Anchored Sit Ups; AFAP; rest 2mins

Out of town WOD

Run Stairs:

If 15 seconds of Stair Sprints.  Rest 15 seconds at bottom. 15 sets

If 20 seconds of SS, rest 30 seconds back at bottom.  12 sets

If 30 seconds of SS, rest 45 seconds back at bottom.  10 sets
