WOD for Tuesday, Sept. 11th

This is the face of a TJ’s Games Competitor.

Kelly has been training all summer long for the TJ’s Games.  All across Eastern Europe along with the wilds of Novato.  October 28th is coming and like Kelly would say, “If it doesn’t have a face or a soul, it’s not worth eating.”  How’s your training coming?

Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall, 30, from the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI), based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving as a member of the 1 PPCLI Battle Group was killed by an improvised explosive device that detonated during a joint foot patrol near the village of Nakhonay in Panjwaii District, about 25 km southwest of Kandahar City on December 23, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Ethel Jane Nuttall.


9/11 Hero Workout – “Nutts”
For Time:
15 Deadlifts
25 Box Jumps
50 Pull Ups
100 Wall Balls
200 Double Unders
Run 400m with Weight Plate (45/25)

Out of town WOD

For Time:
15 Burpees
25 Box Jumps
50 Pull Ups
100 Jumping Squats
200 Double Unders
Run 400m with something heavy.
