WOD for Wednesday, Sept. 5th

Final Announcement:  Dr Justin Mager will be in San Rafael this Wednesday night discussing performance nutrition and metabolic derangement factors at 7:15pm.  Everyone is welcome to attend for free!

WOD

20mins Open Skills Session (athletes will either work upper body gymnastics drills like HSPU, muscle up, or dips/pull ups, or practice clean technique)

A. EMOM – 7mins
3 Hang Power Clean + Push Press
3 Clap Push Ups
B. EMOM – 7mins
5 Power Clean + Jerk (same weight as A)
C. EMOM – 7mins
7 Push Press (Same Weight)

Out of Town WOD

EMOM

For Five minute each:

10 Situps for first five minutes

2 Handstand Pushups for next five

10 Jumping Lunges for last five

Mobility WOD

First be consistent with CF classes. Work your ass off. Get strong. Do C2B and ring dips. Them show up 8 months later to open gym and learn a muscle up in 7 minutes. Luke maher better compete in the TJs Games.
