WOD

A. Thruster; 3 reps; 4 sets (build up to a though but continuous 3 reps, no pauses)

4 Rounds for time
20 KBS (53/35)
15 Thruster (75/55)
10 Burpee (no jump, no clap, just stand tall)

Out of Town WOD

4 Rounds for time
20 Mt. Climbers (2 is 1)
15 Box Jumps
10 Burpee (no jump, no clap, just stand tall, strict pushups)

Mobility WOD
