The Strongman Class schedule with Coach Cory is as follows:
1st and 3rd Sundays of each month in Novato at 9am. This would be a disservice to yourself as well if you didn’t attend.  It’s going down this Sunday.

WOD

A. Clean Deadlift; 3 reps; 3 sets; 80% effort (not a max effort day)

B1. Power Clean; 3 reps (reset each rep); 4 sets; rest 90sec
B2. Weighted Push Up; 8-10 reps; 4 sets; rest 90sec
