A. Run/Bike/Row; 1:30 on:30sec off x 5sets

5 Sets
B1. 5 Front Squats/5 Push Press/5 Thrusters; rest 20sec
B2. 10 Strict/20 Kipping Pull Ups; rest 3-4mins

Out of Town WOD
25 air squats; rest 1 minute
15 pushups; rest 2 minutes
10 situps to standing with a broad jump; rest three minutes
4x
