THROWDOWN SERIES WOD
A. 10-12 mins to build to a 1RM in the Split Jerk
B. 20mins to find a max weight for the following complex
1 Power Clean
2 Squat Cleans
3 Front Squats
*must complete all reps in 30sec
C. 10min timer; 100 Burpees with AMRAP double unders in the remaining time.
*No transition time. You go straight from A–>B–>C
