WOD for Saturday, Aug. 18th

Here’s what we’ve got today.  The end of the summer throwdown from Throwdown Series.

Go to the sight and register for 7 bucks and you can compare yourself to CrossFitters from around the world.  You might even win something!

The workout looks tough but I’m pretty sure you guys can hang.  Or can you?

WOD

 

THROWDOWN SERIES WOD

A. 10-12 mins to build to a 1RM in the Split Jerk
B. 20mins to find a max weight for the following complex
1 Power Clean
2 Squat Cleans
3 Front Squats
*must complete all reps in 30sec
C. 10min timer; 100 Burpees with AMRAP double unders in the remaining time.
*No transition time. You go straight from A–>B–>C

Out of Town WOD

Hill Repeats 10 sets

Rest the amount of time it took you to run the previous effort.

Mobility WOD
