WOD for Saturday, Aug 4th

Will’s workout face does not match his disposition.  Very sweet guy who just got his biz partner to join after only being here for a month.

Don’t forget about the Anniversary BBQ Celebration up at Tara Firma Farms on Sunday at 1pm.  They only question is whether or not Ma Filly will be there mixing the worlds best margarita’s.  I’m not joking.

The 31 Heroes Story

WOD

“31 Heroes”
AMRAP 31 minutes (As Many Reps As Possible)
8 Thrusters (155/105#)
6 Rope Climbs (15 ft. ascent)
11 Box Jumps (30/24″)

Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a sandbag (45/25). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.

*If you wish to Rx the workout with rope climbs you need to go to the 9am Novato Class.

**There will be many sub options for Rope climbs.  You can bring an old towel and sub 3 Strict Pullups and 3 Knees to Elbows while holding the towel per rope climb.  You can also do 3 Bar Muscle Ups and 3 Knees to Elbows per Rope Climb.  You can also do a combo of pullups and Knees to Elbows that you decide with your partner.
