A. Front Squat; 6, 4, 4, 4; rest 1:30

5 Sets @ 95% Effort
Every 4 mins complete the following for Reps
12 Thrusters (95/65)
12 Pull Ups
200m Sprint
rest until 4mins is up

Out of Town WOD

5 Sets @ 95% Effort
Every 4 mins complete the following for Reps
12 Jumping Squats
12 Pull Ups or Pushups
200m Sprint
rest until 4mins is up
