WOD

  A. Back Squat; 10 sets of 2 reps @ 55% of 1RM;  EMOM

B.  10 OHS – 115/75

10 Box Up and Overs

10 Single Arm DB Thrusters (heavy)

10 Power Cleans

10T2B

10 Burpee Muscle ups (sub Burpee pull ups)

Reverse order all the way back to the beginning.
