End of Day One.  Holy Crap!


Partner WOD

1200m Row (resting partner holds a front rack 185/135)
50 Burpees (resting partner holds 135/95 overhead)
50 Thrusters @ 95/65 (resting partner holds dip support)
*only when the resting partner is in position for the hold can the working partner accumulate reps.
