WOD for Friday, July 13th

Great friends and huge TJ’s supporters Kielty and Max Nivaud are on their way to an unbelievable adventure in Geneva, Switzerland.  This is a huge loss for us but what a fantastic experience for the Nivaud family.  We send them off with our love and appreciation.  Thanks for everything guys.

The team is snuggled in their beds.  We are all excited about this incredible opportunity that was gifted to us.  I want to thank our incredible community for all the support you have given us.  Remember to check out my previous post on where to watch all the action.

WOD

Perform the following AMRAPs to the best of your ability. Know that pacing on earlier rounds will pay off for your last round.

10min AMRAP – 10 walking lunges, 10 Push Ups, 10 Sit ups
rest 5 mins
10min AMRAP – 5 Pull Ups, 5 KBS (70/44), 10 Double Unders
rest 5mins
10min AMRAP – 10 Wall Balls, 10m Bear Crawl

10min AMRAP – 10 walking lunges, 10 Push Ups, 10 Sit ups

Rest Five Minutes

10 Min AMRAP- 25m Bear Crawl, 10 Squats
