 When Eric is not posing for CrossFit fashion magazines he is getting his ass kicked in San Rafael.

Hope you all had a wonderful 4th.  Sorry this is posting so late but we had a “Ball” so you’ll have to find someone else to blame if you know what I mean.

A1. Split Squat – 6-8 reps; 3 sets; rest 90sec
A2. Strict Chin Ups; 4-6 reps; 3 sets; rest 90sec

2mins – Kipping Pull Ups/Jumping Pull Ups
2mins – Airdyne/Row
2mins – Lunges
2mins – Airdyne/Row
2mins – Kipping Pull Ups/Jumping Pull Ups

TEAM

A1. Deadlift – 4-6 reps @ 31X1; rest 90sec; 3 sets
A2. Dips; 5 reps; rest 90sec; 3 sets
