TJ’s Gym WOD for Fri. June 29th

Myah did her intro Saturday morning and showed up at the Mill Valley Anniversary party later that night.  How is that for jumping in with both feet?  She just moved here from Breckinridge where she learned her skills at our friend Scott Ferguson’s CrossFit Breckinridge.

As you all probably know, the San Rafael Pacifics now play at Albert Park.  They are hosting a baseball clinic for kids, ages 10 – 15, on Wednesday, August 8th from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  The clinic will be taught by coaching staff and players.
