TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. June 28th

This is Kookie, and she currently holds the world record for the longest time to complete On Ramp.  Who cares, she made it, and she is a sweetheart.

Happy Birthday to Toni on Wednesday.  We couldn’t do this stuff without her—thank you, Toni!

All gyms are closed on July 4th.  Regular schedule on the 3rd and 5th.

The Worst Mistake in the Human Race

WOD 

4 sets of 5min @ 90%
*rest 3mins between sets; must be on an airdyne, rower, jogging, or jumping rope @ 50% effort
