A. Back Squat – Build to a tough double in 12mins

B. 3 TGU/arm; rest 30sec between arms; 5 sets each arm

C. 80 Single Arm KB Swings

Out of Town WOD

25 Squats

15 Situps

5 Handstand Pushups
