WOD

A1. DB Row; 21X1; 8-10 reps/arm; 3 sets; rest 60sec
A2. Handstand Hold (advanced = wall facing w/ only toes touching); up to 60sec holding; 3 sets; rest 60sec

3 Rounds for Time
5 Wall Walks
5 TGU/Arm (Heavy)
10 Strict/Weighted Pull Ups (Hard)
Out of Town WOD

21,15,9 reps of situps,pushups and squats
Mobility WOD
