TJ’s Gym WOD for Wed. June 13th

Just had Simone in class today.  She was walking during the running and I asked if she was ok.  Her response:  “I hate running.”  Hear, Hear Simone.

So here is the deal.  We have two old/new programs to announce.  “Open Gym” and “Open Access”

“Open Gym” is back on!  Renewed interest has brought it back from the dead.  On Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm-1:15pm the SR gym will be open to anyone.  It will count as a class and you can do your own thing.  Brit will be there making sure you monkeys don’t start throwing poo at eachother.  Starts this Thursday.

“Open Access” will be a program that allows full fee ($250) unlimited membership clients to access the SR gym whenever there is a coach present and a class is not in session.  Contact tonezapon@hotmail.com for a list of available times Monday-Friday.
