TJ’s Gym WOD for Tues. June 12th

We are lucky to have a man like Morgan walk in the door everyday.  He embraces the communal effort and makes positive contact with everyone he meets.  I am looking forward to the next time I see him and you should too.

WOD

Back Squat – Max Effort
Build up to a tough single for the day, ASS TO GRASS. Take no more than 15mins to do so.
*Coaches emphasize proper spotting techniques for the back squat.

3 Sets
5 Heavy Thrusters
Run 400m @ your 1mile pace
rest same time as work set


Out of Town WOD

3 Sets
15 Heavy Thrusters (use something heavy)
Run 400m @ your 1mile pace
rest same time as work set
Mobility WOD
