TJ’s Gym WOD for Wed. June 6th

Do you guys remember your first Baseline?  Man, thank god we’re not doing that again for awhile.

CrossFit for Hope.  Click here to insure you get a spot in a class on Saturday and you don’t go to hell.

Novato classes are at 6:15am on Saturday and Sunday.  There is no charge for Saturday classes.  All you need to do is make a donation by clicking the link above to attend.  We have added a 6:30am class on Saturday in San Rafael for this week only.

WOD

A. Press – Speed Work (11X1)
8 sets of 3 reps @ 60-70%; rest 60sec

“Baseline”
500m Row
40 Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups

Finisher – 400m Farmers Carry
* 3 Burpee Penalty for putting weights down

Out of Town WOD

“Baseline”
500m Run
40 Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups

Finisher – 400m  Carry (carry something extremely heavy)
* 3 Burpee Penalty for putting weights down

Mobility WOD
