TJ’s Gym WOD for Tues. June 5th

This Saturday we are hosting the CrossFit for Hope workout at all of our gyms.  This is CrossFit’s world wide initiative to support St. Jude’s Hospital.  The classes will be for free this Saturday and your donation will be your ticket to participate in this global event.  Here is a list of the class options.

Novato- 6:15am (The Sunday class will be at 6:15am as well due to the gym being closed for The Master Class.  We thank you for your understanding)

San Rafael –  6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am and 9:30am.

Corte Madera-8:30am

Mill Valley- 8:30am and 9:30am
