TJ’s Gym WOD for Mon. June 4th

Soft spoken yet strong as hell Donny.

CrossFit for Hope will be happening on Saturday at all of our Gyms.  This is a worldwide initiative by CrossFit to raise money for St. Judes Hospital.  We are hoping to make our goal of $15000 by Saturday.  The only option for donating is by clicking the link below.

We will not be charging for classes on Saturday and your donation will be your entry to class.  Check back here because we will be having a slightly different schedule on Saturday at most of the gyms.

WellnessFx will be doing a blood draw on Wednesday in San Rafael from 6am to 9am.  I will have the link to reserve a time up here tomorrow.  This company is the missing link to your complete overhaul for health and wellness.  I am in the initial process still and I have been blown away with the information I have received regarding my hormonal, blood and chemical results.  They make it so easy and this will be a necessity for anyone looking for the next level.  Here is where you click to get started and reserve your blood draw time.

We will now be letting everyone see the workouts for the week here.   You will need a google account to access it.  You can expect to see the workouts posted at some point Sunday night. There might be changes here and there so you should be prepared for that.  We are the only CrossFit facility I am aware of to be doing this because of the trust and faith we have in our members to do what is right for making progress in our program.
