What a spectacular weekend! Yes, we fell just short of the goal, but it was an all around win for our TJ’s community. The team performed heroically and we couldn’t be prouder. Jess, Nicki, Lisa, Marcus, Danny and Anthony performed like the monsters they are. We were exposed to a level of athletic achievement that we’ve never seen before and our team was in the mix at every event. A new world record in Event 2 and tied another in Event 5! There will be no hanging of heads around here, that is for sure. They were tough, resilient and brought the crowd to their feet. The outpouring of support for this team is awesome. Our community rallied and showed up in TJ’s Blue and roaring all weekend long. You were and are part of the action, and we are blessed to have so many people willing to spend their weekend as part of our TJ’s community. Thank you to everyone who made it down to San Jose and everyone else who cheered from afar. I will give you my behind the scenes recap tomorrow night.
