TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. May 17th

Katie has a pretty sweet pushup right?  She’s six months pregnant for crying out loud!  She thinks your excuse stinks.

We are heading to Regionals!  Gyms are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday! No blog posts between now and Monday.  All the info and updates you need will be on the Dboard and our Facebook page.  GO BLUE!
