TJ’s Gym WOD for Mon. May 7th

Albert T doesn’t always wear workout clothes, but when he does it’s all Lulu.

Tuesday night in Novato I will be doing a Nutrition Q and A in Novato at 7pm.

“Bring a Friend for Free” this Saturday at 8am in Novato and 10:30am in SR.

Congrats to Steve Crane for running the Miwok 100k.  That’s , gulp, 62 miles.

Your team is on fire.  They are working their asses off for Regionals.  Have you made your plans yet?  What do I have to do to get you down there?  What do you need.  We will be posting our heat times so you can plan.  I am asking, begging, pleading and demanding that you make an appearance.  You will be able to say “I was there when…..”
