TJ’s Gym WOD for Tues. Apr. 24th

Beth seems to be showing the same symptoms as Annie did last week.

In just under a month the Northern California CrossFit Regionals will be taking place.  There will be sign up sheets at all the gyms telling us which day you will be coming.  This is one of the most important community days for us and I will be hammering you about for the next month.

WOD

Strength – Overhead Push w/ TEMPO

A. Push Press – 4-6reps @ 2.2.X.2 (lower in 2 seconds.pause 2 second at bottom on shoulders.explosive push press up.2 second hold overhead); 4 sets; rest 2mins between efforts

Stamina Training
Every Minute on the Minute for 5 minutes each
A. 14 DB Hang Clean
B. 14 DB Push Press
C. 7 DB Snatches/Arm

Out of Town WOD 

Stamina Training
Every Minute on the Minute for 5 minutes each
A. 9 Pushups
B. 14 Situps
C. 7 Sprawls

Mobility WOD
