Lactate Power Session – Monostructural Options (Row/Airdyne/Run)
*Choose what you need to work on most

5 Sets @ 100%
30sec Row/Airdyne or 200m Run
rest 2:30

For Reps/Cals
4mins – Row/Airdyne Cals or (1000m Run)
3mins – KBS (53/35)
2min – Back Squat (115/75) *taken from floor
1min – Burpees

Out of Town WOD 

For Reps/Cals
4mins – 1000m Run
3mins – Vertical Jump to a target
2min – Squats
1min – Burpees
