WOD 

5 Rounds
30 OH Walking Lunges (45/25)
15 Clap Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
15 Renegade Sprawl (40/25)

*A renegade Sprawl is performed by holding two dumbbells at your side. You put them down and jump your feet into a plank position. You then proceed to row each dumbbell one at a time. After you have performed 2 rows (1/arm) you then jump your feet back towards the dumbbells and stand up. That is one rep.

Out of Town WOD

5 Rounds
30 OH Walking Lunges (holding something heavy)
15 Clap Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
15  Sprawls

*A renegade Sprawl is performed by holding two dumbbells at your side. You put them down and jump your feet into a plank position. You then proceed to row each dumbbell one at a time. After you have performed 2 rows (1/arm) you then jump your feet back towards the dumbbells and stand up. That is one rep.
